jen tagged me in this series of self-interviews. so here is me talking about a manuscript i don’t even know yet who, if anyone, will want to publish. ah, well. enjoy
What is/was the working title of the book?

Where did the idea come from for the book?
i found that some of the bands i like have inspiring titles for some of their songs so i started exploring what kind of poems a song-title like ”the physical impossibility of death in the mind of Jerry Springer” to name but one could yield
What genre does your book fall under?
poetry
What actors would you choose to play the part of your characters in a movie rendition?
i think it might be interesting if the members of the bands that inspired the poems would play the parts of members in one of the other bands
What is the one sentence synopsis of your book?
it’s quite possible that rock’n'roll is noise pollution after all
How long did it take you to write the first draft of the manuscript?
the first poems were written in 2008 & the last a few weeks ago, so a little less than 5 years
Who or what inspired you to write this book?
in order of appearance; NoMeansNo, New Model Army, Iron Maiden & Chumbwamba. also the first poem written came out of a dream a bit too interesting to be a nightmare
What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?
80 pages of things you didn’t know could would or should be poetry, maybe?
Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?
neither. since when do poets & agencies agree on anything? i’ve started submitting it, so now it’s time for the waiting game
